Motorcyclist airlifted to London hospital following serious collision on A257 between Canterbury and Sandwich near Cherville Lane

A motorcyclist was airlifted to a London hospital after a serious crash on a busy road.
Witnesses are being sought following the collision involving his motorbike and a green Range Rover which happened on the A257 between Canterbury and Sandwich.
The incident occurred shortly before 1pm yesterday, (July 19) between Littlebourne and Wingham, near the junction with Cherville Lane.
Emergency services attended and the motorcyclist was flown to a London hospital, where police say he remains in a serious but stable condition.
Officers are keen to speak to anyone who saw what happened or has dashcam footage of the collision or the moments leading up to it.
