Train operator recruiting more women drivers

Southern Railway is recruiting more female train drivers in a bid to make the sector less male-dominated.
It comes as figures show only 6% of drivers across the UK are female.
We asked shoppers in Chatham what they thought of the strategy being carried out by the train operator, which runs services through Tonbridge and Ashford.
