Twelve people have been arrested as they attempted to block part of the M25 in Kent.
Insulate Britain had warned they were planning to cause more disruption as part of their climate change protest.
They blocked the motorway on three days last week leading to hours of delays for frustrated drivers and now London's Mayor has had his say.
