The neighbour of a Thanet pub has complained about 'rowdy' drinkers as the landlord applies to extend opening hours.
The owners of The Dolphin in Broadstairs want to stay open for one hour, to 2am from Sunday to Thursday, and to 2.30am on Friday and Saturday nights.
