Pub shut after "problems" is open again

A pub in the heart of Rochester which closed after an inspection by environmental health officers re-opened for business on Friday.
The Golden Lion, owned by JD Wetherspoon, shut voluntarily on Tuesday following a visit by Medway Council's food and safety team.
Work was carried out on Wednesday and Thursday to rectify problems found during the inspection.
No details were made public of what the problems were at the High Street pub, one of the largest and most popular in Medway.
Eddie Gershon, a spokesman for JD Wetherspoon,said: "They had an inspection at 10am and re-opened for business at noon."
