Recruitment experts have been commended for achieving nearly 100% in an industry compliance test.
Earl Street Employment, Maidstone, achieved 96% in the standard set by the Recruitment Employment Confederation (REC), well over the 75% pass mark.
The test examines knowledge and understanding of key areas of recruitment including contracts, work seekers files, clients files, advertising, data protection, key policies and procedures, health and safety, code of professional practice, professional and well informed staff and Agency Workers Regulations.
REC said: “The test also shows that you are not just buying the badge by becoming an REC member but demonstrating to your clients and candidates a commitment to compliance and professional standards.”
Elaine Craven, managing director of Earl Street Employment, said: “By passing the REC Compliance Test, our team has demonstrated a commitment to delivering exemplary standards of recruitment by maintaining and implementing current legislation and REC Best Practice into everyday working procedures.”
