Renes Kutkevics in court on murder charge

A 25-year-old man has appeared in court charged with murder after a man's body was found at a Margate flat.
Renes Kutkevics, of Hawley Square in the town, was arrested shortly after the discovery at an address in the same road on Thursday.
He was charged on Saturday night and remanded in custody at Margate Magistrates' Court on Monday.
The victim is yet to be formally identified.
