A CENTRE for children who cannot be taught in mainstream school is reopening this afternoon (Thursday) after a £3million revamp.
The Kingswood Centre, in Hayes Lane, Bromley, is for children who have been permanently excluded or have behavioural problems.
It has now been redesigned to include a central hall with classrooms clustered round it offering the core Key Stage 4 curriculum.
This afternoon it is being opened by Bromley’s mayor Cllr Pauline Tunnicliffe and pupils are being shown the gymnastic ropes by James – who runs an academy to develop youngsters’ confidence.
