Robber escapes with till money

A MAN is being sought by police after robbing a general store. The robbery happened at the One Stop Shop in Station Road at Rainham.
The man walked into the shop, pushed the assistant out of the way, and stole a quantity of cash from one of the tills.
The robbery occurred at about 12.10pm on Sunday. A spokesman for Medway Police said: “The offender a white man, about 6ft, in his twenties or early thirties.
“He is of slim build with short, light brown hair with very scruffy looking with stubble.
He was wearing a light coloured T-shirt and light coloured baggy trousers and white trainers.”
