Robbers assault pizza delivery man

A PIZZA-delivery man has been robbed by two men of Asian appearance in a residential area of Rochester.
Police are investigating the alleged robbery which happened in Maidstone Road near the junction of Watts Avenue.
The victim was standing towards the back of his car when the men approached him from behind.
The incident happened on Friday, August 20, at about 9.30pm. The robbers approached him and made threats while brandishing a sharp implement. The pair then stole a quantity of cash from the man.
A spokesman for Medway Police said: “We are appealing for anyone who may have been in the area and seen something to come forward."
