Chatham Town face a nervy wait to see if they will be reprieved from relegation after finishing in the Ryman League Division 1 South drop-zone.
The Chats held title-chasing Bognor Regis Town to a 1-1 draw which ensured Met Police grabbed the title by a single goal of goal difference, but was not enough to get the hosts out of the bottom two.
Francis Tshikaya opened the scoring for the hosts on 37 minutes but the visitors levelled before the break after the Chats failed to clear a set-piece.
Had the Chats scored one more goal they would have finished the season with an identical record to third-bottom Corinthian Casuals, who survived by two points after a goalless draw at Whitstable Town, who finished 15th, after finishing the campaign with a five-match unbeaten run.
Faversham Town finished their debut season in the division as the top Kent club after completing their campaign with a 1-0 win at Worthing.
Town finished eighth, four points adrift of a play-off place, after Justin Ascheri's strike secured the points in the 92nd minute.
Ramsgate finished a point behind in ninth after finishing the season with a 1-1 draw at Burgess Hill Town.
The visitors took the lead against the run of play on the stroke of half-time but Mark Lovell's penalty shortly before the hour secured a point for the Rams.
Sittingbourne were a further four points back in 11th after drawing 2-2 against Godalming Town at Bourne Park.
Hicham Akhazzan and Ryan Golding (pictured right and left) had given the Brickies a 2-0 lead but the visitors halved the deficit on 52 minutes and snatched a point a minute from time.
