A number of schools have been forced to close today following the weekend's wintry weather.
Snow and ice means many educational establishments in Kent will not be open to pupils who would otherwise have been expected to attend.

- Astor College for the Arts, Dover
- Brockhill Park Performing Arts College, Hythe
- Cornwallis Academy, Maidstone
- Dover Grammar School for Girls
- Folkestone School for Girls
- Harvey Grammar School, Folkestone
- Hayesbrook School, Tonbridge
- Hundred of Hoo Academy
- Knole Academy, Sevenoaks
- Maidstone Grammar School
- New Line Learning Academy, Maidstone
- Oasis Academy, Isle of Sheppey
- Queen Elizabeth's Grammar School, Faversham
- Simon Langton Girls' Grammar School, Canterbury
