Sky customers in Kent might be experiencing problems with their internet and calls today.
Some people claim to have been without the web since Thursday.
The Sky Help Team announced customers in the county may not be able to get online or make and receive calls in a tweet this morning.
The national company has since said "engineers are waiting for replacement equipment to be delivered to the exchange" to resolve the issue.
Customers have taken to Twitter to share their frustration, with many asking Sky for an ETA fix time.
Neil Baker, a Canterbury councillor who lives in Whitstable, has been without access since 9am.
He said: "It is what it is and the world goes on without broadband. But using 4G isn't ideal when it comes to needing quick access and using large files etc.
"My biggest concern is for the businesses who rely on having a good broadband connection, they will be the ones suffering from any extended downtime."
You can keep up to date on the My Sky App or via its service status page here.
But this may prove difficult for customers without access to the internet.
