Kent's commuters are among the unhappiest with their train service in the UK, it's been revealed.
A survey by Which? revealed only passengers on Southern railways were more disgruntled with the service they got - with 39% suffering delays on their most recent journey.
A third of all passengers on Southeastern had been delayed on their last trip - the same level as Thameslink and Great Northern/First Capital Connect.
First Great Western travellers also suffered delays in a third of those questioned.
A separate survey by Which? has also found some of Britain's busiest train routes have the unhappiest passengers.
Kate Neill from the consumer group said commuter routes in and out of London were considered the poorest.
She said: "They're at the bottom because they are providing a pretty poor service that is generally delayed, not very clean and overcrowded, so people are fed up with not getting a seat and paying for that privilege."
