Teenager badly hurt in bike crash

A teenage boy suffered serious facial injuries when the bicycle he was riding struck a stationary car in Broadstairs.
The 15-year-old local boy was airlifted by Kent Air Ambulance to King’s College Hospital, London following the accident at around 3.40pm Monday.
The Charles Dickens School pupil was said to be in a stable condition on Tuesday morning.
Green Lane was closed for three hours while Kent Police investigated the incident.
