The county remembers The Fallen
12:36, 15 November 2004
TEN of thousands of people across Kent turned out on Sunday to remember the fallen of two world wars and those who have made the ultimate sacrifice in conflicts that have followed since.
The Last Post and Reveille were sounded at scores of Remembrance Day parades organised by members of the Royal British Legion.
The current conflict in Iraq was in the thoughts of many who attended parades and church services.
