With more and more Londoners looking to move to Kent, house prices across the county have been rising.
The stamp duty holiday has also seen property values rocket in recent months.
But each town in the Garden of England has something very different to offer.
According to Zoopla, the most expensive property in Dover is a five-bed detached house, on the market for £600,000. Meanwhile, a few miles up the road in Kingsdown, near Deal, the priciest home is also a four-bed detached house... but valued at £4m!

While it's just too far outside Tunbridge Wells to fit our criteria, we couldn't finish this article without mentioning Shirley Hall.
The 18-bed country house in Langton Green was listed on Zoopla in late September, earning it the title of Kent's most expensive property on the market.
Like almost all the properties in this list, we'd need to win the lottery to be able to afford it.
But we can always dream...
