THE scourge of nature-loving namby-pambyists will be giving vent to her own views about the plan to build the world's largest airport on the Hoo Peninsula on Friday night.
The formidable Clarissa Dickson Wright will be on Clarissa and the Countryman, being shown on BBC2, starting at 7.30pm.
The chef, one half of the Two Fat Ladies cooking team and Sir Johnny Scott, visited the North Kent Marshes before Christmas for the programme.
She met local farmers and wildfowlers who fear the area's remoteness will be lost if the airport gets the go-ahead.
Among those also appearing will be Cllr Alan Jarrett, Medway Council's deputy leader, who shoots wildfowl over the Thames shoreline.
