It’s the second instalment of Kent Online’s Tiger Video Diaries and, since we last saw them, Port Lympne Wild Animal Park’s Sinda and Bira are becoming quite the pair of prowlers…
At 16 weeks, the 10kg Siberian cubs have not gained much more weight but their appearance is starting to change as they develop longer, leaner legs and more muscle tone.

The pair is still dependent on mum Ingrid for food and protection – as they would be in the wild – and she has been encouraging the youngsters to hunt by setting up prey for them to catch around the enclosure.
The cubs are also bonding a lot more with their 500lb father Tug. The male was initially wary of the getting close to the infants, as the mother is very protective of them at this stage, but he is starting to ‘talk’ to them and will be much more playful in the coming weeks.
