Kent reacts: Scotland brings in minimum price for alcohol

Scotland has introduced a minimum price for alcohol meaning people there could pay more for a drink.
It comes as Kent County Council recently relaunched a new Community Alcohol Partnership to help tackle underage drinking in the county.
