Ward & Partners has been named Best Estate Agents in the county for the second time in three years at the Daily Mail UK Property Awards.
Representatives from the firm received the award at a presentation dinner at the Marriott Hotel in London's Grosvenor Square, attended by 600 professionals from all sectors of the property industry.
Part of the globally-respected International Property Awards, and supported by the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the awards celebrate excellence in a wide range of property-related fields.
In addition to estate agency, this year's competition included 20 other categories, covering everything from high-rise architecture to marina developments.
Ward & Partners managing director for North Kent and Medway, Aldo Sotgiu, pictured above, said: "To be named the best agents in the county in such a prestigious competition, judged by such an eminent panel of experts, was a proud moment for everyone in the company."
