Christopher Davies and Charlotte Denham should be up for an Olympic medal after finding a new house, arranging a part-exchange and moving in, all within five weeks.

The couple, both 26, are now happily settled in at their four-bedroom house at Ward Homes’ Highfields Place development in Kingsnorth, Ashford.

Ward Homes bought Christopher’s old property in Croydon to help speed up the deal under its part exchange scheme.

“I work mostly from home but travel into London once or twice a week.

“The train links here are fantastic and despite having moved further away from London, I have to say with High Speed 1, I just haven’t noticed the difference. Charlotte is a nurse at Maidstone Hospital, so the road links are good for her.”
