Woman fights for life after crash on A20 in Dover

A woman is fighting for her life after a crash closed the A20 in Dover.
She has been airlifted to hospital with life-threatening injuries following the smash on the coastbound carriageway this morning.
Three people suffered injuries in the smash, which caused long delays at about 7.35am.
Two people were removed from a vehicle, which is believed to have hit a barrier, by fire crews.
A woman has been taken to a London hospital by air ambulance and a man has been taken to a local hospital with injuries believed to be serious.
The coastbound carriageway of the A20 remained closed between Court Wood and Western Heights until about 12.30pm.
Kent Police said it officers were at the scene investigating the crash.
The collision, which is believed to have involved two vehicles, happened near Aycliffe.
The London-bound carriageway was closed at 9am to allow the air ambulance to land.
Traffic was diverted onto the B2011 Folkestone Road.
Two fire crews were called to the scene along with police and paramedics.
