Wesley Shrubsole angling: Kent fisherman ventures to West Sussex in search of plaice
06:00, 09 April 2021
Kent angler Dave Wood Brignall ventured down to West Sussex for a session after plaice and boy did he do well!
After some local information told him to fish with ragworms Dave, from St Mary’s Bay, landed over 40 plaice to a whopping 40 plus centimetres.
Keeping a few biggies for the pot, Dave returned most to swim again.
Martin Humphries from Dover also made the long journey to West Sussex and had a multiple plaice catch - well done both of you.
