Adam Dingsdale gets top sparring from Richard Commey ahead of his big fight with Floyd Moore

Knock-out king Richard Commey has been putting Adam Dingsdale through his paces in preparation for the Hoo fighter’s next big challenge.
Dingsdale will meet Floyd Moore in a Southern Area title fight in Portsmouth next month.
The 10-round bout will also serve as an English eliminator and could also lead to a British title fight.
With such high stakes, Dingsdale (10-1-1) is getting the best sparring possible ahead of the showdown.
Ghanaian Commey has won all 17 of his professional fights by way of knock-out.
Dingsdale said: “We know Floyd is a puncher and has knocked out seven of the 10 he has met. I’ll have to keep it tight.
“I am better at everything else he has to offer but I’m going to have to be on my guard against him.
“Richard Commey is the ideal person to spar with in preparation. I got caught a couple of times but nothing that bothered me.
“It’s what I need and the harder the sparring the better."
Dingsdale will also be facing the prospect of a hostile crowd when he meets Southern Area champion Moore and his hometown crowd.
“He is a massive ticket seller and is likely to have 600 fans behind him,” said Dingsdale, ahead of the June 6 fight.
“I’ve got a few more weeks of sparring to go now and a little bit of weight to lose, which won’t be a problem. It’s all good.”
