GILLINGHAM manager Ronnie Jepson insists his side should have been awarded a second half penalty during their defeat to Nottingham Forest on Saturday.
Jepson believes striker Guylain Ndumbu-Nsungu was fouled by Wes Morgan and his team given the chance to equalise from the spot.
He said: "I thought it was a bang-on penalty. It was a massive decision but I've got to be careful what I say."
Jepson was delighted with the improvement shown by his side and remains positive despite a second successive defeat.
"I was quite pleased with the performance, obviously not the result, but if we keep at it and stick together then we'll be ok."
