Margate 3 Northwich 1
MARGATE finally picked up their first home win of the season with an impressive victory over Northwich in the Nationwide Conference at Crabble on Saturday.
Bruno Miguel Blatazar made a dream start to his debut when he headed home the first goal for Chris Kinnear's side after only 39 seconds.
But they had to wait until the second half to extend their lead when Adrian Clarke's cross found Manny Omoyinmi who slid in to score.
Darren Annon secured the third when his 40-yard free-kick escaped the grasp of Northwich keeper Andy Woods and went into the net.
The visitors scored a consolation goal in stoppage time when Garvey curled in a free-kick from the edge of the box.
