League leaders Hartley Country Club are 48 points clear with seven games to play after strolling to a 10-wicket win at Sibton Park on Saturday.

The home side were dismissed for just 113 and Dan Stickels (68 not out) led the way as Hartley chased down the target inside 15 overs.

Bickley Park beat Whitstable by 31 runs and they occupy second spot.

Charlie MacLeod hit 52 in Bickley’s total of 215 and Whitstable, who remain rooted to the foot of the table, were bowled out for 184.

Bexley skipper George Wells scored 123 against Beckenham and side side went on to win by 31 runs.

The home side’s 269-6, which also included 58 from Robert Sehmi, proved too much for Beckenham, who were dismissed for 238.

The highest score anywhere in the division was posted at Martin Grove, where Bromley batted Lordswood out of the game with a total of 301-3. Wayne Morgan (130 not out), Charlie Walker (63) and David Smith (57 not out) all starred with the bat.

Lordswood openers Linden Lockhart (86) and Zac Elkin (85) got their side off to a great start but the Medway side came up short at 261-7.

Jahid Ahmed’s innings of 112 helped Blackheath beat Sevenoaks Vine by four wickets.

The visitors had earlier posted 224-7, with Karl Pearson hitting 73 but Blackheath closed out victory in the 40th over.
