A goal from Jay May against his former club earned Bromley a 1-0 win over Dartford at Hayes Lane. Trialist Lanre Azeez went closest for the visitors late on.
Welling United were held to a goalless draw away to Margate.
At the Gallagher Stadium, Maidstone United beat Ebbsfleet United 3-0. Frannie Collin scored two penalties and an excellent Rory Hill strike capped off a fine afternoon for the Stones.
Dover Athletic scored for the first time this summer, Ugo Udoji netting the only goal in a 1-0 win over AFC Hornchurch at Crabble.
Meanwhile, Tonbridge Angels travelled to Belgium to play KVV Vosselaar. The tourists had Philip Appiah sent-off but they won 1-0 thanks to a Nathaniel Pinney strike.
Carl Cornell gave Tunbridge Wells the lead against Folkestone Invicta at Culverden but the visitors came back to win 4-1. Their goals came from Jake Beecroft, Dane Luchford, Shane Hamshare and Jimmy Dryden.
Ramsgate drew 2-2 at Deal Town thanks to an own goal and a Warren Schulz penalty.
In the Carl Davies Memorial Trophy, Herne Bay won 3-1 at Woodstock Sports.
Hythe Town took a first-minute lead at Lydd but had to settle for a 1-1 draw.
Two goals from Richard Morgan earned newly-promoted Erith & Belvedere a 2-0 win over Whitstable Town at Park View Road.
Faversham Town hit double-figures, thrashing Faversham Strike Force 10-0.
