The Rugby Football Foundation (RFF) has given grants to two Kent clubs following its March panel meeting.
Dover and Medway have been handed £6,000 each for training floodlighting.
The RFF, a charitable trust established by the Rugby Football Union, provides funding for capital projects at junior rugby clubs to support the recruitment and retention of players.
Combined with the efforts of the club’s themselves, the RFF will act as the catalyst for £3.3m of investment into the game over the next six months.
