41-0 at stumps at New Road. The lead is 36 runs. Two days of interesting cricket to come.
Thanks for joining us for this extended Sportsday, hope you'll be back for more tomorrow from 8am. Enjoy the rest of your evening.
17:45 - KENT CRICKET
The Worcs lead is up to 19 in the 13th over. Not insurmountable with two days to play. Not long left in the New Road gloaming.
17:20 - POLL
17:15 - KENT CRICKET
Worcestershire lead. Only by three runs but how important could the psychological blow be? Not very, I know. 8-0.
17:00 - KENT CRICKET
There are 14 overs for Kent to make inroads this evening on a New Road pitch which is dying by the minute.
Hosts are 1-0 after the opening over from Doug Bollinger.
16:47 - BREAKING NEWS
Claydon is bowled by Ali for 16, which featured a six and two fours. Kent are 229 all-out and have a first innings lead of five.
Couple of wickets tonight would be nice.
16:42 - BREAKING NEWS
Joseph goes for four. Don't blame me, blame Andrew who traps him LBW for his second wicket in five balls.
Doug Bollinger comes in. Last man. Lead of three. Cue fireworks.....
16:40 - BREAKING NEWS
Harmison goes for 55 to become Andrew's third victim after four hours and two mins, flying catch by Ali at mid-off as Harmy went for a biggun.
He's replaced in the middle by Robbie Joseph who despatches the first delivery for four to put Kent three ahead with two wickets remaining. Sign him up. Oh, they did.
16:35 - FOOTBALL
Ashford United were favourites to claim the Kent Senior Trophy on Sunday, which means anyone able to bet on 4-0 to opponents Beckenham Town will be enjoying a very Happy Easter.
Click here for all the action from Andrew Gidley, our man at all Kent's non-league showpiece occasions.
16:25 - BREAKING NEWS
208-7 - Tredwell is bowled by Andrew for 15. Mitch Claydon comes in to rattle off a few hopefully. 16 runs behind.
16:15 - YOUR VIEWS
Shadows are lengthening at New Road, Kent are looking to build a first innings lead and after an agonising wait, Harmison finally has his 50. 192 balls is all it took. 199-6.
16:05 - SPEEDWAY
Sometimes in life there just comes a time when a sportsman knows it's right to retire.
Generally that's not two matches after announcing a comeback after more than three years out of the sport, but that's exactly what Kent Kings star Daniel Blake has done.
Find out why by clicking here.
16:00 - KENT CRICKET
Back underway at New Road for the final session of day two.
15:40 - KENT CRICKET
Ben Harmison and James Tredwell are back in the pavilion.... luckily it's only to take tea.
Harmy remains on a nervy 49 not out while Tredwell has seen-off four deliveries for his zero. 187-6. 37 runs behind. Four wickets in hand. Going to be interesting this one.
15:30 - BREAKING NEWS
Billings didn't linger. Quickfire 13 and then plum LBW to Gareth Andrew. 181-6. James Tredwell in to steady the ship. Hopefully.
15:25 - KENT CRICKET
177-5, the deficit now 47, Sam Billings already on 9* and Harmison moves onto 47 not out.
15:15 - BREAKING NEWS
Stevens has gone. Trapped LBW by Ali for a breezy 23. 167-5.
15:00 - BREAKING NEWS
158-4 - Harmison 46* Stevens 14*
Meanwhile it's been announced that five Kent Spitfires t20 games will be screened live on Sky Sports this summer.
The home games with Essex on June 11 and Somerset on July 18, plus the trips to Hampshire (June 5), Surrey (July 2) and Sussex (July 11) have been chosen for screening.
The Royal London Cup game at home to Glamorgan on August 6 is also due to be screened live.
14:45 - FOOTBALL
There was a huge game for Tonbridge on Saturday against Maidenhead, two of the bottom three battling it out for crucial points.... and a battle it turned out to be, each team having a man sent-off in a goalless draw which did neither side much good.
14:30 - BREAKING NEWS
No third straight century. DBD has departed for 61 at New Road, trapped LBW by Moeen Ali while attempting a sweep. 127-4. Darren Stevens into the action. An innings he thought he might never play. Can he capitalise?
14:25 - FOOTBALL
Remember the good news I promised? Ok well Dover hauled themselves back into the play-off places in Skrill South, at least until tonight, with a nervy win over Staines at Crabble.
With Havant & Waterlooville in action this evening, it might be a short-lived stay in the top-five, but points were all that mattered to Chris Kinnear's side on Saturday.
14:05 - KENT CRICKET
They are back out at New Road and Kent have moved on to 115-3, with DBD on 54 and Harmison on 24 from 102 deliveries. Slow and steady eh Harmy?
13:55 - ICE HOCKEY
You know what I like to do after a nice lunch? Certainly not go for a swim, kids. No it's talk ice hockey.
Sadly I won't get much chance to do that for a little while as Invicta Dynamos suffered disappointment in their NIHL Southern play-off semi-final this weekend.
LUNCH-BREAK
Lunch at Worcester seems an appropriate time to take a Sportsday break too.
Kent are 106-3, still 118 behind Worcestershire. Brendan Nash (3) the only wicket to fall this morning.
Incase you missed it earlier, Gills boss Peter Taylor spoke of his embarrassment at their first-half showing at Leyton Orient while he explained why Leon Legge did not feature in his backline for the defeat at The Matchroom Stadium.
13:00 - BREAKING NEWS
Half-century for Daniel Bell-Drummond, Kent's 100 up and 50 partnership between DBD and Harmison.
104-3 from 52 overs. Bell-Drummond seems to be in very good nick.... *I have touched wood, so you can't get mad if he's out soon.
12:45 - KENT CRICKET
Look-in at New Road and it's 89-3. DBD onto 35 and Ben Harmison with 17.
12.40 - CHARLTON
Back to the doom and gloom I'm afraid.
Play-off Chasing Brighton away was never going to be easy, but a 3-0 defeat on Saturday left the Addicks a point outside the drop-zone with six games remaining, two more than the majority of their fellow strugglers.
Pint half full though, none of the other bottom eight sides won. It's going to be a tense final few weeks of the season.
12:25 - TEAM NEWS
I assume Steve means Rance is having the treatment, though I suppose managers sometimes can get injured.
12:10 - FOOTBALL
There were some huge FA Cup games this weekend, as I'm sure you know. None bigger than Gillingham Ladies fairytale run being ended by those spoilsports from Arsenal in the fifth round.
Not all bad news for the Gillettes (if that's not their nickname, it should be, and could lead to huge sponsorship potential) - they did secure some silverware of their own against Charlton on Thursday.
11:45 - FOOTBALL
Got plans for the Easter weekend?
Champions elect Luton Town have sold 1,500 tickets so far for the trip to Welling in Skrill Premier on Saturday.
The remaining 500 are on general sale. Luton may still need to win that game against the Wings to seal the title, depending on how Cambridge United get on between now and then.
11:35 - BREAKING NEWS
Brendan Nash has departed for a painstaking three runs from 37 balls, gloving one behind from a ball which nipped up off a length and Kent are now 48-3. Ben Harmison joins Daniel Bell-Drummond in the middle.
11:15 - GILLINGHAM
No more Legge puns, I promise, but more defensive reflection from Gills boss Peter Taylor this morning.
Callum Davies is a Gillingham defender, however when they are in something of a defensive crisis, where is he? On loan at Dover, that's where.
And what does Taylor think of that decision now? Click here to find out.
11:00 - YOUR VIEWS
(Quite literally in this case)
10:45 - KENT CRICKET
Only 15 minutes until play resumes in Kent's LV= Championship Division 2 game at Worcester, with the visitors looking for a solid session after losing two wickets in quick succession last night.
If you missed the day one action, don't worry, I wouldn't let you go without....
10:25 - GILLINGHAM
Peter Taylor didn't have a Legge to stand on against Leyton Orient due largely to a Legge injury to key defender Leon Legge.
Legge was not risked after his hamstring problem, with Taylor hoping the rest will help ensure he is available for the run-in.

10:05 - FOOTBALL
All finished? Good. Well having read the words of the Ryman round-up, nodoubt you'll now have pictures in your mind of what the incidents look like.
Do they look anything like these? The actual images of what went on, in the form of a gallery, taken by an actual KM Group photographer.
09:55 - FOOTBALL
Impossible for every team to lose.... despite appearances. Feast your eyes on wins, goals and points galore in this whistle-stop tour around the south east of England.

Anyone for woe?
Canterbury Ladies have had a superb year, topping the national Premier Division table for the first time and securing a return to European competition.
However they went into the Championship play-off weekend at Reading seeking to claim silverware and secure the top-seed in Europe next season.
You know what's coming next. Click here for the misery.
There was however joy for Holcombe Ladies who claimed promotion to the Premier Division next season after two wins and a draw in their round-robin campaign.
Click here for the feel-good summary.
I promise there will be some more good news to come later.
09:10 - RUGBY
The theme continues.
Canterbury RFC have had a fantastic season, but looks like it's going to end on a low note.
Two weeks and two days ago there was whispered talk of the National 2 South title, now a top-three finish is in doubt.
Click here to read about a disappointing end to the Merton Lane season.
08:45 - FOOTBALL
More Monday misery? Really? Ok then.
Ebbsfleet are battling for promotion at the top end of Skrill South and were looking for all three points from a testing trip to play-off rivals Sutton on Saturday. How dearly they would love to replace Dartford in the Skrill Premier this summer.
Sadly, they didn't get any points whatsoever. Steve T's recap is here.
08:35 - POLL
08:25 - FOOTBALL
I'll warn you. There's going to be a fair bit of doom and gloom floating around in here this morning.
Dartford are in the proverbial relegation dogfight in Skrill Premier and after the thrilling 1-0 win over Grimsby on Thursday, were tasked with raising themselves again less than 48 hours later to take-on Forest Green Rovers.
Sadly a 1-0 defeat hit their survival hopes, and boss Tony Burman told Steve Tervet here how it might have been so different had they managed to get their noses infront.
08:10 - GILLINGHAM
Let's start the day with Gills shall we? It can only get better from there.
The majority of Gills fans seemed to believe they had never seen a poorer first half showing than the one against Leyton Orient on Saturday which saw them fall 4-0 behind.
Plenty more described the showing as embarrassing. One positive to take from it is that the manager feels exactly the same way as the fans.
Click here to read Peter Taylor's frank assessment.
