Gillingham v Crawley Town

GILLINGHAM entertain Conference side Crawley Town tonight with manager Neale Cooper planning to ring the changes.

Cooper was fuming following Saturday’s woeful performance against Yeovil and will be looking to use the LDV Vans first round tie to try out several new faces.

Following the goalless draw with Yeovil, Cooper said: “If I have to make changes I’ll put young kids in with a bit of grit and determination.

“It’s no good doing well in training and looking the part if you don’t have the bottle to play at your own ground.

“We need a reaction from whoever plays. I will bring in one or two younger lads that will, at least, give me something more.

“The time may be right so I will give them a chance and away we go.”

With injuries continuing to restrict Cooper’s options, he may look to give Frannie Collin a first team debut, while also blooding youngsters Jon Wallis and Anthony Scaramozzino.

Danny Spiller, Mark Saunders and Chris Hope, who are all looking to improve their match fitness, can expect a place in Cooper’s team.

* Children aged 11 and under can watch the game for free, when accompanied by a paying adult, who will be charged £8.
