MANAGER Andy Hessenthaler is hoping centre-back Adrian Pennock reports fit for tomorrow's match at Grimsby after missing the games against Wolves and Rotherham with a hamstring strain. Providing he is fit, Gillingham are likely to revert to their favoured 3-5-2 formation at Blundell Park.
Asked about his own fitness following a seven-month lay-off through injury, Hessenthaler confessed: "I can do better. I would say that I'm 10 per cent down on full fitness but it's good to be back in the side playing again even though the system we played doesn't really suit me."
