GILLINGHAM chairman Paul Scally admits that the club is still at the mercy of others and he is in no position to refuse substantial offers for players.
While manager Ronnie Jepson continues to try and build his side, Mr Scally said that every player has a price.
He said: "It gives me great grief to see players like Marlon King, Darius Henderson and Bob Taylor and others leave this football club.
"We don’t want to sell our players but we’d be foolish to say no player is not for sale, because all players are for sale at a price.
"It’s how you use that money that you get from a player."
