Welling United will train three mornings a week in Conference Premier after winning Blue Square Bet South title

Welling manager Jamie Day believes a new training schedule will boost their hopes in Conference Premier this season.
The Wings, who were formally promoted to the top flight at the league's AGM on Saturday, will switch from two midweek evenings to three mornings a week.
Day believes it is vital to spend more time with his squad if they are to compete in a league where the majority are full-time clubs.
"We've changed our training programme for next season and the players want to fit into that," said Day.
"It's between part-time and full-time, we're going to do three mornings a week but 95% of them have got to work on the other days or in the afternoon.
"We need to give ourselves the best chance of making the step up. It will be good to train when everyone is fresh and we'll also get a bit more time on the training ground.
"If we want to stay up we need to do what we can to make it happen. Part-time teams are the ones that struggle and sides like Dartford and Woking are looking at going full-time at some stage."
It is believed that the new training schedule is one of the reasons why it has taken Day longer to sign some of last season's title-winning squad for the new campaign.
Looking ahead to taking on the likes of Wrexham and Luton, Day added: "It's a fantastic league and one that we are looking forward to.
"We know it's going to be tough but we've got a good mix of young and old players, and players that have points to prove.
"Some clubs are miles ahead of us (in terms of budgets) but I want to get going and test myself and the team against them."
Day was named Blue Square Bet South manager of the year on Saturday, as well as being one of five Welling players in the division's team of the year, as selected by other clubs. Also in the team were Loui Fazakerley, Ben Martin, Fraser Franks and Anthony Acheampong. Former Tonbridge keeper Lee Worgan and Dartford's new signing, Kenny Clark (Chelmsford), were also selected.
