£3m unclaimed lotto jackpot in Sevenoaks
11:51, 25 February 2013
One lucky Sevenoaks resident is sitting on a £3m fortune after scooping the lotto jackpot - but is yet to claim the top prize.
The search is now on to find the owner of the winning ticket which was bought in the Sevenoaks district and matched all six numbers in the draw on Saturday, February 9 this year.
Now lottery bosses are urging the people of the town to check their pockets, old tickets and even down the back of the sofa for their chance to pick up the life changing prize.
The winning Lotto numbers on that date were 8, 10, 27, 34, 40, 41 and the bonus ball was 48. The lucky ticket-holder has until Thursday, August 8 to claim their prize.
If no one comes forward with the winning ticket before the prize claim deadline, then the prize money, plus all the interest it has generated, will go to The National Lottery Good Causes.
Anyone who believes they have the winning ticket for any of the National Lottery draws within the 180-day deadline should call the National Lottery Line on 0845 910 0000.
