Police investigate theft of animal shelters from field opposite Cobtree Manor Park near Maidstone

Thieves have stolen two animal shelters from a field.
The wooden structures were taken along with two gates and a trough from the spot on Forstal Road outside Maidstone .
It happened between 6pm on August 30 and 6pm on September 1.
Kent Police's Insp Oliver O’Brien, of the Maidstone community safety unit, said: "The suspects are thought to have gained access to the field through a gate opposite Cobtree Manor Park.
"They would have needed a truck or a van to remove these items and we are appealing for anybody with information or dashcam footage that may assist the investigation to contact us."
