Police are appealing for witnesses after an assault

A 30-year-old man was assaulted by three men in King Street, Maidstone.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident, which happened at just after 2am on Friday, April 19.
The three who attacked the man were in the company of two women at the time.
The three men are described as being white men, aged between 18 and 21, and were wearing light-coloured tops with blue jeans. One was described as having cropped blonde hair, and another with brown hair in a ponytail.
They are thought to have run off in the direction of Ashford Road. The victim needed hospital treatment for bruising and swelling to his face.
