Police launch appeal into Loose Road crash where teenage girl was hit by car

Police have launched an appeal after a teenage girl was hit by a car at a pedestrian crossing.
The incident happened just after 4.30pm yesterday in Loose Road, Maidstone.
The driver of the grey BMW car stopped at the scene, but officers are looking for witnesses.
The 14-year-old suffered a broken ankle and was taken to Tunbridge Wells Hospital by paramedics.
