A man was arrested in Maidstone after a police pursuit.

Officers were called to Tonbridge Road, Wateringbury at 1.45am on Saturday. They were following up reports about a Mazda at a roundabout.

Later that morning a 23-year-old was arrested by police in Weavering Street.

Daniel Collins, of Hawkes Road, Eccles, has been charged with dangerous driving and failing stop a vehicle when instructed by police.

Collins has been bailed to appear at Maidstone Magistrates’ Court on May 24, 2016.
