Maidstone: Man arrested in Plains Avenue on suspicion of having imitation gun

A man has been arrested on suspicion of having a fake gun.
Police were called to Plains Avenue, Shepway at 10.40am today, to reports of a disturbance.
A 41-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possessing an imitation firearm and possession of controlled drugs.
He was subsequently released pending further investigation.
