He was also charged with grievous bodily harm with intent and wounding with intent.
The King Street entrance of the club was taped off while forensics teams investigated the incident which happened in the early hours of the morning.
Officers were called at around 4am, where two men were found in the outside area of the club with injuries.
Both victims, Jermaine Johnson and Alfie Tyler, were taken to a London hospital where they were treated.
Prosecuting, Anna Kachingwe, told the court that Edmeads had allegedly walked over to one of the men on the nightclub floor and said "you owe me money".
However, it was claimed because of the noise he gestured to go outside to the smoking area to talk with the man.
When outside one of the victims was then stabbed in the stomach, while the second was stabbed in the ribs and left with serious injuries.
The 29-year-old, who wore a black jumper and jeans, denied the offences during the hearing at Medway Magistrates' Court today.
Edmeads was given conditional bail and told not to contact either of the victims, who he told the court he doesn't know.
He will appear at Woolwich Crown Court on Tuesday, October 8 for trial.
