Biker seriously injured after crash on Seven Mile Lane, Mereworth

A motorcyclist has been taken to hospital after a serious crash on a major road.
A green Kawasaki motorbike was travelling along Seven Mile Lane in Mereworth towards Wrotham, when it collided with a white van near the junction with The Alders.
It is thought the crash happened at around 5pm yesterday (May 31).
The rider, a man in his 30s, was treated for injuries before being taken to a London hospital, where he remains in a serious condition.
Police are now appealing for information.
Investigating officer, PC Sebastien Hupje said: “The white van left the scene towards Wrotham and we are completing enquiries to identify the driver.
“We are appealing to anyone who saw what happened, or has relevant dashcam or CCTV footage, to come forward.”
