Kent Highways asks drivers to slow down after lorry tyre blows out on M20 Londonbound between juncton 9 for Ashford and 8 for Leeds

A blown tyre has spread debris across the M20 London-bound.
The accident, which happened between junction 9 for Ashford and 8 for Leeds, has prompted Kent Highways to urge drivers to approach with caution.
The blow out happened at around 1.30pm.
