Boy seriously injured after being hit by a car

A boy was today still in a serious condition after being hit by a car as he crossed a road with a group of friends.
The 10-year-old was taken to a London hospital after being involved in a collision with a silver Suzuki Swift at around 3.45pm on Saturday.
A group of five boys were crossing Sutton Road from Wallis Avenue at Parkwood.
Another 10-year-old suffered minor injuries and is being kept in a local hospital for observation.
The three other boys were uninjured.
Police have renewed their appeal for witnesses who saw the collision or the boys just before it happened.
