Broken down lorry blocks traffic near Blue Bell Hill

Motorists are facing delays to their morning rush hour journey due to a broken down lorry.
One lane is closed on an the roundabout at junction three of the M2, near Blue Bell Hill.
Lane one is closed on the southern side, affecting coastbound traffic coming off the M2 heading towards Maidstone.
