Two hurt in crash in Cambridge Crescent, Maidstone

A elderly man has been taken to hospital after being involved in a collision with another vehicle in Cambridge Crescent, Maidstone, this morning.
The man in his 70s was trapped in his vehicle and he had to be cut out of the wreckage by fire crews using hydraulic rescue equipment.
The incident happened just after 8.30am. He was freed before 9.30am.
A woman in her 50s was also taken to hospital. Neither's injuries were said to be life-threatening.
