Maidstone: CCTV released after barstool attack in the Ye Olde Thirsty Pig in Knightrider Street

A CCTV image has been released after a Maidstone pub goer was attacked in Ye Olde Thirsty Pig.

The assault happened at the Knightrider Street watering hole on Sunday, June 12, though information has only now been released by police.

At 1.30am, police say a man struck another man with a barstool before punching him twice. The victim sustained a cut above his right eye and a broken cheek bone.

The man officers would like to speak with is described as being white and approximately 5ft 9ins.

He is skinny with tattoos on both wrists, a tattoo on his neck and distinctive piercings that stretched his ears.
