Firefighters called to chimney blaze in Hill Crescent, Lenham

Kent Fire and Rescue were called to a chimney fire in Lenham this morning.
Crews were called to a property in Hill Crescent at 9.14am today, after the blaze was caused by an issue with the log burner.
Firefighters remain on the scene and the chimney is currently being rodded before the property can be made safe.
The stove was removed as fire crews used chimney gear to extinguish the fire.
