The director of a cleaning company seen driving erratically was found to be more than twice the legal drink-drive limit.
Oskar Molnar, 50, was spotted behind the wheel of a Peugeot by patrol officers in Royal Engineers Road, Maidstone, on December 3, and was followed and asked to pull over.
Molnar, who gave his address in court as Millbrook Garden Centre, in Staplehurst Road, Marden, didn't stop to begin with but eventually pulled over in Palace Road, near the police station.
He was given a breath test and gave a reading of 84 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, the legal limit is 35.
Molnar admitted drink-driving when he appeared before magistrates in Maidstone on January 3.
Debbie Jones prosecuting told the bench Molnar had previously been convicted of the same offence in 2016.
The court heard the company director knew his ban would be harsher this time as it was the second time he'd been convicted of drink-driving within 10 years.
He was disqualified from driving for 36 months and fined £241.
He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £96 and £85 costs.
If he completes a drink-driving course, his ban will be reduced by a quarter.
